Nate is the founding member of MRGO Capital Group. He works in finance for a fortune 200 professional services firm providing risk advisory and transactional services to the fortune 500 and other multinational firms. He earned dual BBA degrees in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from the University of South Carolina. Nate began his real estate investment career in 2018. In addition, he is the host of a real estate podcast. In his spare time Nate enjoys golfing and other outdoor activities. Nate resides in Atlanta, GA.

Gino owned and operated a restaurant for over twenty years before transitioning full-time into MultiFamily real estate. He’s been investing in real estate for over 15 years and grown his multifamily portfolio to nearly 1600 units with his partners. His passion lies in running the client relations for Rand Partners, along with underwriting deals and exploring new opportunities in the national market. Chris has over 10 years experience in all aspects of real estate investing from flipping, wholesaling, lending money, small multifamily to large multifamily. Chris began his career as a computer programmer and has 15 years experience in the tech industry. He has been a partner at a Long Island tech firm for the last 7 years. Chris resides on the North Fork of Long Island with his wife and two children. He is an avid bird-watcher and snowboarder.
